Anchors of Healing

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma isn't just about what happened -- it's about how those experiences continue to live in your body. Whether the trauma is personal experience, systemic oppression, or intergenerational wounds, trauma can leave you feeling unsafe, ashamed, or stuck.

In therapy, we'll create safety first, then gently explore your story. We'll build resilience and find ways to move forward without being defined by your past.

Shame & Identity

Shame tells us that we are "too much" or "not enough", forcing us to hide parts of who we really are. It shows up in families, communities, and culture, and it can keep us from living authentically.

Together, we'll peel back the layers of shame so you can embrace your identity fully and without apology. Here no emotion is too big, no truth is too heavy, and every part of you is safe to be seen.

Emotion Regulation & Coping Skills

Sometimes the hardest part of healing is just making it through the day without being overwhelmed. That's why I integrate practical, evidence-based skills like DBT and IFS to help you calm intense emotions, manage harmful coping strategies, and strengthen relationships.

These skills don't erase the pain, but they can give you tools to handle the pain with more balance, clarity, and confidence so growth feels possible.
